terms of service

These terms govern your use of Mistro. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

the service

Mistro is in beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, and for the accounts, devices and credentials you connect to it. Keep them secure.

agents act for you

Agents take actions in connected accounts on your instruction: publishing posts, changing records, running code, or executing trades within limits you set. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for the results. Anything that publishes or spends waits for your approval or stays within limits you configured.

not financial advice

Money, trading and market features are tools, not advice. Mistro is not a broker, bank or financial adviser, and trading digital assets can lose money. Decisions and their outcomes are yours.

your content

You keep ownership of everything you bring to Mistro and everything agents make for you. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and show it to you in order to run the service.

acceptable use

Don’t use Mistro to break the law, infringe others’ rights, spam, access systems you aren’t authorised to, or disrupt the service. Your use of connected services, including Meta, X, Pinterest, Plaid and the AI providers, is also subject to their terms.

ending your use

You can stop using Mistro and delete your account at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mistro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or funds, arising from your use of the service.

changes

We may update these terms, and will tell you before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use Mistro after that means you accept them.
