You can remove a single connection, or delete your account and everything in it.

• In Mistro: open connections, choose the account, and disconnect it. Mistro stops using it immediately.
• Facebook or Instagram: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Mistro, and remove it.
• X, Pinterest, GitHub, Plaid or others: revoke Mistro from the connected apps section of that service’s settings.

Either way, Mistro can no longer reach the account. To also remove its stored tokens and the data already read from it, delete your account or email us to delete that connection’s data.

Email privacy@mistro.work from the address you sign in with, with the subject “delete my data”. We delete your account, projects, conversations, files, connection tokens and all data read from connected accounts within 30 days, and email you when it’s done. Anything we must keep by law is kept only as long as required.
